TwinMatrix Technologies Signs Strategic MOU with AWC Berhad to Advance Digital Innovation in Facilities & Infrastructure

TwinMatrix Technologies has entered into a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Malaysia’s Main Market-listed engineering services group AWC Berhad, marking an important step toward accelerating digital transformation across facilities and infrastructure operations.

The collaboration establishes a framework to explore pilot projects and AI-enabled digital twin deployments to enhance asset visibility, predictive maintenance, energy optimisation, and lifecycle management across selected AWC operations.

TwinMatrix Founder & CEO Eric Liu and Partner, Strategic Ventures Utkarsh Rana represented the company at the signing ceremony.

Through the partnership, TwinMatrix will bring its Spatial AI platform, SpatialVerse, to unify spatial data, IoT inputs, and live operational systems into real-time digital twins for complex built environments and mission-critical facilities.

A key pillar of the collaboration is knowledge transfer and capability building, ensuring sustainable adoption and long-term modernisation within AWC’s facilities portfolio — including potential applications for data centre environments where uptime, energy efficiency, and operational resilience are paramount.
