TwinMatrix officially signed an MOU with the Sarawak Digital Economy Corporation (SDEC) to develop The Sarawak Cognitive Operating System, a Living Digital Twin for Infrastructure Intelligence. The ceremony was witnessed by the Deputy Premier of Sarawak, Datuk Amar Awang Tengah Ali Hasan, alongside key ministers and state leaders, marking a significant milestone in Sarawak’s digital transformation journey.

Launching AMAIZE at IDECS25
IDECS25 also marked the debut of AMAIZE, our AI-powered 3D exhibition mapping and event engagement platform. AMAIZE transformed the summit into a digital-first experience through interactive mapping, wayfinding, and AI-generated assistance — all accessible instantly in the browser.

Record Engagement: 1.4k Users, 600 Stamp Rally Finishers, 7-Minute Average Sessions
Powered by AMAIZE and SpatialVerse, the IDECS25 digital experience achieved exceptional engagement:

~1.4k unique users
4.5k total map loads
~600 stamp rally finishers
~400 navigation routes created
~7 minutes average session time
Top hotspots: “The Future” (500 clicks) and “Startup Village” (400 clicks)
With ~4,000 attendees registered, that’s a 40% digital conversion rate

These results demonstrate the real power of spatial intelligence, real-time assistance, and gamified engagement, all delivered seamlessly through a lightweight, browser-based experience.
A huge thank-you to our team who worked tirelessly to deliver the IDECS25 digital map! The response from delegates and government leaders was overwhelmingly positive.

SDEC’s partnership and Sarawak’s vision set the stage for a next-generation digital ecosystem, one where a living digital twin, powered by SpatialVerse and enhanced by AMAIZE, supports smarter planning, connected infrastructure, and more engaging public experiences. Big things with the Sarawak Government are coming in 2026.

Spatial Nugget: Did you know? Sarawak spans an area larger than South Korea, yet a living digital twin allows leaders to “see” the entire state at once. Through real-time spatial intelligence, even the most remote assets become part of a unified, actionable digital canvas.
